Welcome to Average Fitness Tips!

hello curious visitor! Im glad you have found your way to this blog because the purpose of this sites existence, is to provide you with fitness tips, average fitness tips to be exact!

there are vast amounts of information out there, across the internet and social media, telling you what is right and wrong. do this exercise, don’t do this exercise, eat this type of food, don’t eat this type of food, you should be doing this to help with your fitness and you shouldn’t be doing that it doesn’t help with your fitness.  Im here to tell you, don’t let all that information overwhelm you. Don’t think you need all that information either

Now, when trying to navigate all the material on exercise and nutrition, the first thing to do is push aside all the extremes people tell you to do.  for example, when “influencers” or people you observe online  spout “eating fruits and vegetables  is the only way to experience a healthy outcome”, that is someone who isn’t trying to help anyone. We all have too much going on to force ourselves into just eating fruits and veggies. Some of us also have kids. parents cant just start eating only fruits and vegetables if they have kids who consume chicken nuggets every other meal. its not fair to the parents and definitely not fair to the kids. Another thing, too much of a good thing can be a bad thing. Im not saying eating fruits and vegetables is bad but if you choose to consume only that, you run the risk of missing out on important nutrients mostly, quality protein.

There are more topics I can get into but i’ll save it for the website. for now, what im saying is try to find some balance in the path you choose for your lifestyle. it can not only help with your physical wellbeing but also your mental well being.

The best thing you can do is what’s best for you. What works for you schedule. What fits into your lifestyle. If you want to have some semblance of a healthy lifestyle you don’t need to wake up early, you don’t need to eat chicken and broccoli, you don’t need to feel bad about enjoying foods which are calorically abundant. moderation and balance are the two words that will help you to find success in your fitness journey.

The purpose of this blog is to provide insight for the confused and overwhelmed. hoping to cut through the BS out there giving you more knowledge in this field to distinguish what could be considered misleading, to a degree, or information that doesn’t provide the full picture. I want to hopefully destress you from the clutter which could be considered the fitness world and assure you don’t have to change your entire life to be a healthier human, but some minor tweaks might do the job.

In the end, this is just me typing. I’m not here to tell you what is right and wrong. I’m here to give you some more food for thought!
